Shipment Manager

The Shipment Manager provides an easy to understand graphic representation of your shipments and letters of credit. The upper section governs shipments and the lower letters of credit. The upper left panel displays a view of three main folders: Pending Shipments, Completed Shipments and the Wastebasket. Below each, you may create groups in which to classify your shipments. The upper right panel displays thumbnails of printed documents which can be viewed in a browser.

It is also the 'command console' with which to manage your shipments. Create, delete, copy, print and more from here.

Catalog

Document Approvals

System Requirements

  • IBM PC or compatible 266 MHz or higher.
  • Windows XP/ Vista/ Windows 7/8.X/10.
  • 32 MB RAM (64 MB RAM recommended).
  • Client server installations require no specific server software, only a shared accessible drive.
  • 80 MB free hard disk space (1 MB on boot drive).
  • minimum 800 x 600 (1024 x 768 recommended) display, 256 colour (16 bit recommended).
  • Screen fonts set to small.
  • Laser-type printer for most documents. Some documents which can be filled such as the Air
  • Waybill, require an impact-type (dot matrix) printer.
  • Internet access for document distribution recommended.
  • Microsoft Word 1997 or higher if you wish to produce .doc files.
  • Microsoft Excel 1997 or higher if you wish to produce .xls files.
